We came back this year after spending our Honeymoon here last year, we even brought friend's with us this time.
The hotel grounds are amazing, the staff work constantly and can't do enough for you. The food is plentiful and many choices.
The only thing that lets it down is the lack of cold water coming out the taps and shower that we experienced on 3 occasions. We were unable to shower, which for a 5 star hotel isn't acceptable.
The hotel needs refurbishing desperately, the pool areas and pools themselves are looking tired, some of the walkways are trip hazards.
Rather disappointed with our stay and if it doesn't get a much needed refurbishment we won't be returning again, which is a shame because it is in a beautiful place.
Come on RIU spend some money on this forgotten gem and let it sparkle again like it deserves to do.

Magnifique hôtel, mais impossible de rentrer dans la mer, trop fortes les vagues.
Was mich persönlich sehr stört sind die ganzen Katzen in der Anlage sowie im Restaurant Bereich. Somit leider nur 4 von 5 Sterne.
