Sans intérêt. Architecturellement très mal pensé. Vous passez votre vie dans les ascenseurs.||Sans intérêt. Personnel absent.

Le lieu est vraiment magnifique. Chambre petite mais charmante, avec vue sur la mer. Petit déjeuner excellent. Le service était professionnel mais froid, notamment à la salle de petit déjeuner où la responsable était à la limite de l'agressivité, tant avec certains clients qu'avec son équipe

Excellent service, kids loved the pool area, great massage. Room service a bit inconsistent, coffee burnt, not enough plates for sharing food.

We had a nice time, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant overall quality was average, although breakfast was quite good. After the first day, we had to restock the minibar ourselves. Even just a few complimentary bottles of mineral water would have been appreciated. The parking system was not well organized. I had reserved a parking spot along with the room, but upon arrival, although the concierge was helpful with unloading our luggage, we weren’t given an entrance ticket. I ended up paying for parking separately, even though it had already been charged to our room. Additionally, we had to pay each time we entered or exited the parking area during our 5-day stay. The concierge could have checked the reservation. A few easy to improve things to be qualify as "extremely satified"!
