Ein sehr sympathisches und junges Team, dass mir viel Einsatz auf alle Wünsche der Kunden eingehen. Das Material ist top gepflegt. Es gibt nicht nur Bikes, sondern auch Segway im Angebot. Ich kann die Touren hier auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Best bikes I have ever rented. Brand new, super comfy, good brakes. And super friendly staff as well!

The told us a price prior to take the bikes and they asked us for more when returning, be careful with that!!

Excellent tour on Segways. Horst Harrer, our guide, was fantastic. The quick demo and safety intro had us all up and running in no time. Horst was patient, charismatic, and extremely knowledgeable about Vienna and its history. Detailed explanations and directions of best points of interest. Great laughs, experience sharing, and memorable moments for years to come.

Panowie z obsługi pełna profeska, znali się na odpowiednim doborze roweru, udostępnili również zestaw naprawczy w razie wu. Jedynym minusem to oficjalny brak możliwości płatności kartą, jednak przy rozliczeniu mogliśmy nia zapłacić :)

They cancelled our Vienna Wine Tasting ebike tour without notifying us. Said it was for lack of customers - guess at least four of us was not enough.

Guter Rat und gute Räder. Junges, engagiertes Team, welches einem die besten Radeltipps plus kostenlose Karten mit Tourvorschlägen mit auf den Weg gibt. Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Tag. Man kann übrigens auch geführte Touren in der Gruppe buchen - sicher auch toll.

Excellent Tour with great Guide HORST!
We had a very exciting tour through Vienna on the Segways! Horst had a lot of interesting and sometimes funny info's about Vienna. I can just recommend to make the tour and see a lot in short period of time and has an nice experience on top on the Segways!

Took a touring bike for a one day trip to Bratislava. The bike was in excellent condition, the staff provided me with tools and spare tubes

Super freundliches und unkompliziertes Service. Wir haben ein Fahrrad mit Kindersitz und ein Kinderfahrrad gemietet und das Personal war gleich sehr bemüht, uns eine Option anzubieten, die ganz zu unseren Wünschen passt. Alle sind sehr "lässig" und sprechen auf Augenhöhe mit den Kunden! Auch bei der um ein paar Stunden verzögerten Rückgabe, weil unser Kind sich verletzt hat, waren alle verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit. Danke euch!

Absolutely not recommandable. Staff is very rude and unfriendly. The tour guide let us stand in the middle of the road including our bikes and one was hindering passing traffic - a passerby complained and the tour guide started shouting very loudly at her. He later made a joke to ease the situation. This was a very disappointing situation. Absolutely inappropriate behaviour for a tour guide.

Efficace et rapide, les vélos sont de bonnes qualités et très bien entretenus. Le staff est à l'écoute et super sympa. Je le recommande.

My daughter and I did the Segway tour. Just 6 of us which was great. We had a real local guide, Horst, very well-versed in local customs, local history and local humour :) Very recommended, great way to get an insight into the City before visiting specific sites/locations in more depth.

Horst was a fantastic guide on our Segway tour, lots of knowledge and little anecdotes that brought the beautiful Viennese architecture to life.
We also picked up some tips on coffee house culture and local food, bonus!
There were only two of us so was a very personalised and we really enjoyed the experience!

Die Fahrradtour durch Wien war außergewöhnlich interessant und lustig, obwohl es anfangs in Strömen geregnet hat. Vor allem unser Tour Guide Horst hat es mit vielen Anekdoten und persönlichen Erlebnissen geschafft, die Tour unterhaltsam und informative zu gestalten.
