The worst service
We've been waiting for weeks and we are still waiting to be refunded for the hundreds of euros we had to spend following a last minute cancellation of our NightJet. The reclamation we did online was not even treated by ÖBB, it's been so long, which is unacceptable. This is the worst service.

the app is good
yes, the first thing to do is to install the app on your smartphone and then register yourselg. You can then select departure and arrival place and the timing of foreseen departure. It gives you many options with the number of chenhes and the price. Please note that there are different prices (for example the route Schladming Wien costed between 20 and 50 euro per person according to ticket flexibility . in the intercity there is a trolley bar service and a restaurant coach
Nous n'avions pas regardé les différents avis ,malheureusement.. Nous n'aurions jamais pris ce train . Plus jamais nous prendrons cette compagnie et nous ne le recommanderons a personne .
