There’s truly no better word to describe the experience. Beyond the stunning view, every dish had its own personality and perfection. The tuna was uniquely prepared and cooked to perfection. The Corsican burger? A flavorful explosion of local identity, thanks to the rich Corse cheese. As for the octopus : tender, perfectly seasoned, and a true highlight.
Desserts held their own surprise too, especially the red fruit one, which was both refreshing and indulgent. The service was quick, friendly, and on point.
A true hidden gem.
