Pas assez de ventilation dans la salle de bain quand le 1e a pris sa douche il y a plein de buée sur le miroir et impossible de se maquiller. Chambre spacieuse

Für eine Nacht dort gewesen. Badezimmer war leider nicht richtig sauber gemacht, Dreck in den Ecken. Dusche war undicht, Badezimmer halb überflutet. An der Rezeption war immer viel los, Personal war aber freundlich.
Spa-Bereich gegen einen Aufpreis von ca. 2.500 Kronen nutzbar. Keine besondere Aussicht, aber es ist auch nichts wirklich besonderes drumherum. Hotel ist modern. Frühstück war okay, nicht so groß wie in anderen Fosshótels.

Zu den Zimmern und dem Service gibt es an und für sich nichts auszusetzen. Uns ist nur aufgefallen, dass im Wellnessbereich allgemein die Hygiene vernachlässigt wird. Besonders in den Duschabflüssen waren die Rückstände auch am Folgetag noch nicht beseitigt, was der Lust am Entspannen entgegensteht.

Grazie al personale che gestisce la struttura, abbiamo risolto una grande necessità che si è presentata per il nostro gruppo. Personale accogliente e super disponibile, hotel nuovo in stile moderno.. disperso nella natura più totale. A due passi da magnifiche cascate e dalle terme. Consigliato per chi volesse trascorrere in relax qualche giorno nella natura incontaminata, con spa e ristorante! Arrivederci e grazie Guðný e tutto lo staff !!
Meal service friendly and attentive. Restaurant very spacious and comfortable. Great lighting. Dinner menu choices a bit limited (but available online for viewing in advance).
Breakfast was ok for the price (2500kr pp as of Oct 2023).
Wasn’t aware of the northern lights wake-up service (shown on the phone) until I checked out the hotel… the reception should have been clear about this offering upon check-in in hindsight, or at least make some advertising somewhere in the room.
Heater in the room had some weird noise too during the stay.
