Even with really bad weather, we had a great time at DÍS Cottages.
Sébastien and Anne are the best hosts, they welcomed us and gave us tips on what to see and do in Snaefellsnes.
The view is amazing, the cottages are cosy and well-equipped, you'll find everything you need for a short stay.

Super endroit pour passer quelques nuits en Islande. Proche du village où se trouve quelques restaurants et de la célèbre montagne Kirkjufell. Le propriétaire, français, est venu nous souhaiter la bienvenue et nous donner quelques conseils sur les alentours et sur les aurores borelaes. La chambre est confortable et à tous ce qu'il faut pour passer une bonne nuit. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

Amazing view and great location to explore the area. We saw the northern lights both nights of our stay! Well equipped for such a small space.
Also personal preference to have a firmer pillow. The ones available were very thin / soft, although from other reviews you are able to procure more.
Overall good / location / experience but a bit worrying if no response regarding leak.
