Naja, liebevoll geht anders. Der Boden ist okay, die Lage irgendwie auch. Zwar wurden wir um 6:00 morgens von lauter Musik auf dem Sportplatz (Gym-Kurs) geweckt, aber die Nacht war Ruhig.
Der Aufenthaltsraum ist okay. Aber mit zwei Tischen wieder einmal, für solch einen großen Platz, unterdimensioniert. In den Toiletten stank es, vieles war nicht mehr ganz heil und solche Container versprühen null Esprit.

Quite a small kitchen with stove, kettle and electricity open 24/7. Clean bathrooms with warm water. We arrived to the campsite at 11pm and were still able to check-in.

I loved my stay. Great staff and we got an amazing weather. Our plan was 1 night but it became 3 nights I was in an RV And had a blast. And above all they allow and welcome dogs on a leash. I was in fact buying a puppy in Dalvik so it was a great time.

Dusche war leider ein bisschen ekelig. Sonst sehr gut ausgestattet und auch sehr großer schöner Campingplatz. Fußballplatz, basketballplatz, Schwimmbad gleich daneben :)

Keine Rezeption vorhanden, abends oder morgens kommt jemand vorbei.

Camped here two nights July 8 & 9 2023. Excellent location and facility for us to catch the ferry to Grimsey Island where we crossed the Arctic Circle.
Agnes and her family (caretakers of the facility) were so nice and we throughly enjoyed talking with them. Sorry we couldn’t leave you more warm weather Agnes.
Price was great. The location was perfect. Dalvik is quite the small village and if you want to shop for groceries you better get there before 17:00. Excellent bathroom and shower facility. This place even has a small kitchen area if you want to cook a bigger meal. Wide open field for tents, RV’s, and camper vans.
Agnes and her family take pride in taking excellent care of this facility.

There is a kitchen with two tables and 12 chairs. A few sockets to charge your electronic devices. Only one female shower and 3 toilets. However, the camping is located in a very nice place, with a view to the surrounding mountains.

É semplicemente un prato con dei container prefabbricati a fungere da servizi. Una sola doccia e due wc per genere. Cucina riscaldata, ma piccola (circa 8 persone al massimo). Decisamente sporco, nonostante non fosse per nulla affollato.

Great camping site. Plenty of facilities and has free access to showers. The view is amazing and the owners are very friendly.

Very basic, but met our needs when we were rolling in at 10pm. The young man greeted us at our camper and was very pleasant. Bathrooms were very clean.

Paid 3500 Isk for 2x people but it accepts Camping card. Facilities were great. Indoor kitchen and sitting area make this campsite! Outdoor sinks also. Very clean and staff come morning and evening. Only one shower per gender but shower free and the campsite was not busy when we were here. Short walk to petrol station and Arctic Tours.

Location was excellent and quaint, despite it being right beside a school/exercise centre. Kitchen was well equipped with electric hobs and the toilets/showers are very accessible.
The site accepts the camping card and showers are included - with hot and consistent water, something that is hard to come by with camp card sites.
No official office for payment - a staff will come by to do so at set times. Overall, a lovely site with accessible amenities (supermarket a short 15/20 mins drive away, Olis petrol station right opposite) - do make this a stop, especially if the nearby ones are closed/full!

Camping card friendly! Free showers, although the drain was clogged in one. There's a washer and dryer, a dryer for shoes, and a pretty nice room for cooking. Plenty of toilets for the amount of people there.
Overall one of our better camping experiences in Iceland. Only complaint is that there was some construction going on which made a lot of the ground muddy.

Mostly not more stars because it was much more expensive than other campsites we stayed at for just ok facilities.
Ground flatness varies. For women, 3 toilets and 1 shower
Small kitchen and when we were there it could have been cleaner
