This is a really reasonably priced accommodation in Akureyri. It was clean and comfortable in easy walking distance of the swimming pool and town centre. The room was spacious and kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend staying here, even if not on a budget. Great views of the mountains.

Purtroppo siamo stati impossibilitati ad arrivarci per vento forte allerta rossa zona est, rimanendo bloccati.
Abbiamo dovuto cambiare programma e riprenotare. In tutte le altre strutture, pur non previsto rimborso, sono stati comprensivi. Gli unici a farci perdere l'intera somma sono stati loro. Hanno rifiutato persino la possibilità di un buono da conservare in futuro .

Alojamiento muy bien cuidado y limpio. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de las piscinas y el jardín botánico de Akureyri.
Las habitaciones amplias, cómodas y tienen el baño privado con ducha, un punto muy positivo!
El único punto negativo es que la cocina es muy pequeña, aunque con la cantidad de restaurantes que tiene la ciudad querrás cenar fuera (si tú presupuesto lo permite).

Sitio pésimo de servicio.
A partir de las 16 horas no te cogen el teléfono, cuando en la documentación de la agencia ponía hasta las 22 horas.
Teníamos reserva y no nos enviaron los códigos y las habitaciones.
Tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento.

We were traveling in a group and we got the 4 rooms below ground level. In front of our dirty window there was fairly heavy traffic long into the night and from early morning. As the window could not be darkened completely (no curtains and the blind was not fully functioning and the window could not be shut tight), we were exposed to the changing traffic lights and the headlights of the passing cars. There was traffic noise and the noise of flushing toilets.
Our room was situated between the two toilets for eight people, one of them without ventilation or window and not really usable after the first visit. The only shower was in the other toilet. The room was small and absolutely depressing. Dark grey bed covers and linen, a black shelf and table, a small washbasin with a faucet that did not work and only a trickle of water. The zip of the bed cover was broken and the quilt was showing. The carpet in the hallway was dark grey, trying to hide how dirty it was.
This was the worst room I have been in since my student days.
