Our cruise ship changed the departure time and Laura the manager moved people around so we could make the adventure and get back in time for the cruise in Akureyri about 1 hour away. I know it was difficult to move us to that time slot and we appreciate what they did for us. Your communication in emails and phone calls were top notch! You care about your customers and that really shows by your actions.
