We stayed here for one night on our tour around Iceland we where greeted by the owner at reception and the lovely dogs on site picked the keys up to our room which had a nice comfortable bed and a view out across the lake the shared facilities where nice and the showers where really good. The night we where there was a cold and clear night and absolutely beautiful time watching the aurora from the entrance track to the guest house. Breakfast was great in the morning too staff where very friendly.

게스트하우스 기준으로 침구 깨끗하고 전용욕실이 있어 좋아요.
굳이 단점을 찾으면 침대가 벽에 붙어있어 안쪽에서 자는 사람은 드나들기 좀 불편해요.
주방은 식기 오븐탑 전자레인지등 잘 갖춰져 있는데 8개룸이 쉐어해야해서 좀 비지해요.

Wij hadden hier een 2 persoonskamer met uitzicht op het meer. Relatief kleine kamer maar prima, schoon en netjes. Gezamenlijke ruimte om te koken. Het ontbijt hadden wij erbij en was top. Vooral de wafels die je zelf kan maken. Liggen ook super.

Very close to everything in the area you'd like to see. Love the family atmosphere at breakfast. Cabin was clean and tidy, well equipped, overall fantastic. The one thing I didn't like was that there was a single pillow on each side of the bed that would get flattened to nothing immediately. Didn't sleep well because of that but other than that perfect.

Eine sehr schöne und neuwertige Anlage am See!
Wir hatten eine von vier Wohnungen in einer Hütte. Nebenan war direkt die Gemeinschaftsküche. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
Das Zimmer war klein, aber ausreichend.
Im Bad gibt es keine Heizung, aber super heißes Wasser und wenn man die Tür kurz offen lässt, bekommt man das Bad auch mit der Heizung vom Zimmer warm.

Das Frühstück war richtig gut und bot eine große Auswahl.

Unser Schlüssel wurde an der Rezeption bereit gelegt, das hat alles super geklappt.

Die Aussicht auf den Vulkan vom Bett aus war super. Eine wirklich schöne Umgebung!

The place was perfect, but it was very very hot and there was only one small fan for the whole cabin. It was too expensive for what it offered. The best points: the location and the breakfast.

Wonderful single house cottages. Views of lake and crater. Free yummy breakfast in the guest house (no shoes, use their slippers). Friendly hosts. This whole region in the summer time can have none biting flies, so pack bug head nets. Close to several natural attractions. You can see the cottages from the top of the big crater.

Une très très bonne adresse. Les chalets sont simples et fonctionnels. Calme absolu. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec le sourire des hôtes, le tout devant le lac et les volcans de Myvatn.

Nice cottage, friendly staff.
Dettifoss, Myvatn baths, sulfur fields and of course Dimmuborgir, they are all within reach from here. Simple local breakfast buffet.
When you leave, discuss your travel plans with the landlady, maybe she knows some extra attractions along your way.

Excellent everything. The place is gorgeous. Stunning views of the lake. Comfortable challette, nice kitchen for use. Hefty breakfast. Hellful owner (gave us an extra bed for free). Recommended!

Great place to stay in Myvatn area. Good breakfast. Accommodation did not have bug nets on the windows when we visited which was the only small downside.

Mooie locatie mits je aan de waterkant zit, kleine kamers wel met gebruik van keuken. Apart ontbijt was top. We verbleven 2 nachten hier als uitval basis naar andere punten.

老闆免費幫我們升級房型，萬分感謝！

第一晚熱水系統有點狀況，只有熱水沒有冷水，但隔天反映問題後，女老闆很積極處理，態度讓人放心！

代購米湖溫泉可以拿到團體票的折扣。
漲價後的米湖溫泉正在裝修中，如果時間充裕，可以去試試，泡完到一樓陽台區喝杯咖啡跟吃塊小蛋糕，很是舒爽。米湖溫泉感覺比藍湖天然，而且有蒸氣室跟免費冰開水喝到飽，但女生淋浴間超少，設備不如藍湖溫泉。扯遠了。

可惜住宿期間沒有看到極光，運氣好的話應該是不錯的觀賞點。

臨湖的早餐餐廳很美。

小木屋，兩房一廳一衛，設備齊全，熱水熱度夠且持續，屋內空間算大，躺在沙發上看著外面非常愜意，晚上寧靜，屋外雖然冷，但有看到極光一切值得，還有兩隻友善的狗來陪伴。

Amazing view in a amazing guesthouse.
Most of the cottages offer a view on Myvatn lake, you are surrounded by the lava field and the lake. We had the chance to stay in the cottage N•1 which features a private hot tub. The waffles at the breakfast are stunning and the view of the dining room is stunning.. directly on the lake! Kata our host has been amazing with us and super helpful.
I would definitely recommend this guesthouse and Thks for the tablet and charger forgotten sent by the post to our last destination ♥️

Fantastic houses in good standard with fantastic localisation. Houses were very clean and good equipped. The owners are very polite and helpful, also we had visiting of their own dog. I totally recommend this place

reibungsloser Check-in im Haupthaus, überaus freundlicher Eigentümer, Parkplätze sind direkt an den Cottages vorhanden, sehr schöne Cottages in atemberaubender Lage, mehrere Cottages sind an eine gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche mit großem Gemeinschaftsraum angeschlossen. Das Zimmer mit Bad ist ausreichend groß - vielen Dank und sehr gerne wieder!

Sauberes Bad, bequemes Bett, man sieht Nordlichter. Was will man mehr.

Nur die Nachbarn sind etwas sehr laut und man hört sie sehr deutlich. Ansonsten vllt etwas teuer, aber es ist Island. Da passt das schon. Alles in Allem ein guter Aufenthalt.

A beautiful property alongside Lake Myvatn. There are cottages and there are smaller rooms as well. The restaurant is located in the reception block where. It is glass walled and you can see the still waters of Lake Myvatn, a truly stunning scenery. The night we stayed in September, the mist set in throughout the night and it was unfortunate we couldn't see the Northern Lights, or else it is a place where are there are no street lights and chances of catching the aurora are pretty good when the nights are reasonably long. Breakfast is standard as in most properties. There are some tours that are available, pamphlets of which you can check it out in the common room next to the kitchen.
