My stay at Hotel Hofn was a complete disaster. The rooms were tiny and not worth the money. The staff was rude and uncooperative, especially at the reception. The manager was unresponsive, and the photos of the rooms were misleading. Despite booking two rooms in advance, they placed them far apart. It was the worst experience ever. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

I cannot begin to express how utterly disappointing my experience was at the Hotel Hofn. Everything about this place screamed incompetence and disregard for their guests' comfort. From the moment I stepped into my room, I knew I had made a terrible mistake.

First and foremost, the rooms were shockingly tiny. I felt like I was trapped in a glorified broom closet. The lack of space was suffocating, and it was impossible to relax or unwind. The photos on their website were a complete fabrication, as they bore no resemblance to the reality of the cramped and uncomfortable quarters they provided. It was clear that the management had no qualms about deceiving potential guests and robbing them of their hard-earned money. With such a price even the Wifi of the hotel is not working.

But the room size was not the only issue. The staff at this hotel were an absolute nightmare. Their rudeness and lack of professionalism were unparalleled. The receptionists were arrogant and egotistical, treating guests as mere inconveniences rather than valued customers. Whenever I sought assistance or asked a question, they responded with condescending remarks and dismissive attitudes. It was as if they were doing me a favor by tolerating my presence. Their behavior was utterly disgraceful and inexcusable.

To make matters worse, despite booking two rooms well in advance, they placed them on opposite ends of the hotel. This made it incredibly inconvenient for our group to stay together and disrupted our plans entirely. We specifically requested to have the rooms close to each other, but it seemed like the staff couldn't care less about honoring such simple requests.

Perhaps the most frustrating part of it all was attempting to contact the manager. It quickly became apparent that the manager was completely unresponsive and disinterested in addressing guest concerns. Numerous attempts to reach out went unanswered, leaving us feeling ignored and abandoned.

Booking two rooms in advance meant nothing, as they couldn't be bothered to accommodate our simple request of having them close together. If you value your comfort and sanity, I strongly urge you to steer clear of this hotel.
