Lovely spacious rooms. Very clean. Solo menu plan should be removed! It cheapens an otherwise pleasant stay!

Adorable quaint small houses as rooms. Glass sliding doors to the back with a serene view. When I entered the room it had a spa-like aromatherapy smell which was very pleasant. The shampoo smell is delightful a mix of Birch, bearberry and willow, though I was very disappointed with the conditioner it was a very unpleasant smell like old conditioner thats been sitting on a self for several years. I expected something different as the shampoo was so pleasant, I had to recondition my hair with my own conditioner just to get rid of the smell. The water pressure and the hot water was on point! TV is Samsung and available with Chromecast. Only issue I had was that the volume on the TV was not working when I casted from my phone even though the volume was up on both devices. The restaurant on-site very good cauliflower soup, surprisingly good considering I am not a huge fan of cauliflower. The salmon dinner served with polenta was very good as well.

Excellent stay at the Magma Hotel. Fantastic individual cabins/rooms. Great free breakfast every morning. The Bistro for dinner was wonderful. Great staff.

Our favorite hotel during our one week stay in Iceland! It was so luxurious to have our own private cabin. Despite a wind and rain storm the night we stayed at the Magma Hotel, we could barely hear anything from inside our room and got a great night’s sleep. Our room was incredible and spacious. We wished we had booked for multiple nights—Note we tried to but Magma was fully booked for the other days. My only regret is that the weather meant we couldn’t enjoy sitting on the private patio.

The included breakfast in the morning was very nice and had good variety. We also ate dinner at the restaurant the night before. Based on other reviews, we ordered the Arctic Char and the Seafood Pasta. Both were delicious. We also enjoyed the signature cocktail for the night as well as the chocolate mousse dessert.

The only thing that I’ll highlight—which would’ve been obvious had I thought about it but I didn’t—is that the hotel reception and restaurant are in a different building from your room. It’s a very short walk or drive between the two. When the weather’s nice, I’m sure this is no issue and even really nice. For us, the weather was terrible that night and morning, so it was a pain to go between the two several times. Don’t get me wrong though, still totally worth it and wouldn’t have changed anything about our stay!

Absolutely charming. Spacious in a way you do not expect and elegant rooms made you desire to stay longer. Breakfasts were delicious, and service was pleasant. Don't recommend the multivitamin juice though. Not horrible, just not our group's taste. Not quite sure what I consumed in that juice. The four star rating has nothing to do with that, though. The four instead of five stars was the water heaters being incapable of keeping up with back to back showers. Was not an issue for our group, but might be for some. Overall, this was our obvious favorite stay.

One night stay on our way to Diamond Beach. Perfect location. Stunning views. Comfortable and clean. Beautifully styled. Loved the heated floors, green roof, and huge slider with deck. The breakfast room was a little cramped. But offered nice options, loved the green juice. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The most amazing stay in Iceland. In a great distant location within nature, where each cabin resides on its own. You can enjoy a spacious, clean, modern room with all the amenities you might want, and a stunning view. Moreover, the restaurant serves great delicious dishes and wine. If you are lucky, you might enjoy aurora as well did.

I loved this cabin take on a hotel! The large windows with beautiful views was the highlight. The bed and bedding was comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was also delicious.

One of the best hotels we stayed in on our trip around the ring road. Our room looked out onto the water, comfy bed with two pillows, quiet location, just off the ring road. The Bistro is delicious, one of the best dinners we had all trip.

全新装修，干净整洁！大落地玻璃，有极光的日子一定是绝佳地方！早餐品种少，餐厅小，拿取餐物极不方便，水果蔬菜????盘居然放个小叉子，效率低下，造成认为排队，放个夹子提高效率不好？餐厅总有个工作人员站那里对着餐点，说好听点随时补漏，难听点像监工一样生怕人家夹带私货，第一次见到如此场景，不爽…

Amazing place and Amazing people working at The Magma!!!! They were very accommodating, when I was running late for my arrival. They kept the restaurant open as well The food was amazing. It was so tasty.

The room itself is like a high-end boutique Hotel very modern and beautiful and the surrounding is stunning

Le meilleur hôtel de notre voyage sur le périphérique autour de l’Islande. Vue incroyable, hors route, au calme. chambres parfaitement douillettes. La cabine était belle et propre. Il y a un lac à l'arrière de la place. Il pleuvait beaucoup et il faisait si sombre après le coucher du soleil qu'il était difficile de trouver le bureau de l'hôtel. Nous avons dû les appeler et leur envoyer des messages. Heureusement, ils ont répondu au bout d'un moment et nous sommes finalement arrivés à l'hôtel sous leur direction. Ce serait mieux s'ils pouvaient fournir au préalable plus d'instructions comme le numéro de la chambre et un simple plan de l'hôtel. Nous étions fatigués donc la pluie n’était pas un problème pour dormir la nuit. Mais le deuxième matin, nous avons découvert que l'eau de pluie entrait par la porte vitrée. Ils ont un bon restaurant. Le petit déjeuner était inclus et délicieux.

Tout le personnel était très sympathique et serviable. Notre chambre était magnifique et les lits étaient très confortables. Nous avons passé un merveilleux dîner et le buffet du petit-déjeuner était également délicieux. Je reviendrais certainement !

J'ai adoré cet hôtel. Les chambres disposent d'une fenêtre sur tout le côté offrant une vue magnifique, particulièrement frappante le matin. La chambre était bien conçue, avec des détails bien pensés comme un haut-parleur Bluetooth, une fenêtre de salle de bain, un porte-serviettes chauffant et des produits de bain haut de gamme. Les petits déjeuners et les dîners au restaurant étaient également excellents.
