sehr netter kleiner Zeltplatz nahe des wunderschönen Wasserfalls. Es hat einen schönen Wanderweg in der Nähe zu 1 See oben auf dem Berg. 2 saubere Toiletten und eine Küchenzeile mit Möglichkeit zu Wasser zu kochen. Wer nicht dringend eine Dusche braucht und dafür lieber etwas für sich ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Zu Fuß kann man auch locker in das Dörfchen laufen und dann eben im Schwimmbad duschen.
Die Dame die abends abkassiert hat, war super freundlich und hat mir hilfreiche Tipps gegeben.
Würde hier immer wieder übernachten.

Ist wohl eher ein Parkplatz wo dann Abends die Gebühren kassiert werden. Wenigstens akzeptieren sie die Campingcard.

Camping sans douche, belle cascade dommage on ne la voit pas depuis l’emplacement des voitures (on la voit depuis l’emplacement des tentes). Petite cuisine fonctionnelle à l’air libre. On doit traverser une route pour accéder au camping. Des parapentes à moteurs nous on un peu gêné car bruyant.

Eig sehr netter Campingplatz. Klo und Küche mit 1 Herdplatte und Wasserkocher vorhanden. Leider keine Duschen. Könnte bisschen sauberer sein aber ok. Sind auch sehr viele Menschen dort da es einer der wenigen Campingplätze mit Camping Card auf der Strecke ist.

Prima camping. Er staat prima beschreven welke faciliteiten ze hebben, dus daar kun je je op instellen. Er waren twee wc's en afwasbakken. Verder was er een mooi uitzicht, een loopje naar een waterval en het dorp, wel de moeite waard als je daarna naar het gletsjermeer wilt.

Ohja en! Er kwam niemand om het geld/campingcard te innen, dus helemaal leuk haha

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce camping. Le site est très paisible. Nous sommes en campervan et ne pouvions donc pas nous installer près de la cascade. Nous avons eu plaisir à aller y faire un tour. Les installations sont, comme annoncées, sommaires : 2 WC avec lavabo, pas de douche et un coin cuisine ouvert. Tout est très bien tenu : la responsable passe le soir pour faire payer les campeurs installés. Elle en profite pour nettoyer et réapprovisionner en papier si nécessaire. Idem le lendemain matin tôt. Nous recommandons vivement.

Beautiful with the little waterfall, a bit cold to swim, but with a good view. Just two toilets are not so good for over 100 people, but ok. Sadly, we didn’t know, where/how to pay. Nice to know, that it doesn’t close at 10 pm like the campingsite nearby.

Pas d’accord avec les commentaires négatifs. Endroit un peu spartiate mais pas cher du tout (1500) au bord de l’eau, et beaucoup moins bondé et bruyant que celui plus près de la route qui est un HLM à campeurs au prix d’un 4 étoiles…

Nothing special. It’s ok spending one night during your trip. A bit more expensive than the average camping sites through Iceland. Hot showers for payment.

En dehors du fait qu'ils acceptent la camping card, ce terrain de camping est à fuir si vous recherchez un minimum de confort.
Hormis le paysage où on aperçoit le glacier au loin et la présence d'une cascade à proximité, c'est la dèche totale ! 2 misérables WC pour tout le monde et 2 robinets d'eau froide (pas d'eau chaude). Et c'est tout !
Pas de bureau : ce sont 2 personnes qui passent dans la soirée pour pointer.

Camping naast de waterval, met erg weinig faciliteiten. Mooie locatie voor 1 nachtje. Ondergrond voor de tent is erg lastig met de haringen, lijkt mooi gras maar er onder zitten alleen maar stenen.

Afwasbakken zijn met koud water maar er staat een waterkoker, erg fijn.

Geen douches aanwezig. Twee wc's.

Pretty good small-ish campsite. 2 toilets, 2 sinks, kettle, camping card, right near the waterfall, there is some tree wind protection for tents. No showers or laundry.

Otoczenie piękne, ale nic poza tym. Zimne toalety, miejsce do gotowania to kawałek blatu i dwa zlewy. Brak ciepłej wody i brak prysznica. Jak kupuje się camping card, to jednak oczekuje się więcej, niż parkingu...

2 wc with sinks. They don't have a heater but they are well isolated.
2 sinks and 2 plugs as the "kitchen" area.
Next to a beautiful waterfall, a nice and quiet place.
The infrastructure is basic but coherent with the price.
