A nice one night stay whilst on the Westmann Islands. Good rooms and good breakfast although we ate elsewhere in the evening.

staying with a very small group. nice modern rooms, clean and well appointed. breakfast buffet leaves something to be desired. dinner was really very, very good (lamb chops w veggies & a very good desert of lava cake w syrup (& for the GF-chocolate brownie w syrup & jam). with a really good glass of red..

Room was nice but the hotel was so loud. You could hear music playing late into the night. People in other rooms doors slamming etc. it was hard to get to sleep.

I loved my stay here! The room was perfect for me and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They have a free breakfast buffet in the on-site restaurant and are in walking distance of all shops and tour offices. I also had a great view. There is a free parking lot across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and central location (which is easy on such a small island ????)
The customer centricity of the staff has room for improvement but maybe it's a cultural thing and I expected something untypical (as we had to leave before breakfast on the second day to get the first ferry we asked if we could get some sandwiches or similar instead and got a rather simple "no" as answer.)

Great hotel, faultless. Rooms were clean, very comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant. I was only here 1 night but was a great overnight stay. And good value for money.

Schone kamer met uitstekende badkamer en alles wat je nodig kunt hebben. Vriendelijk personeel, fijne ontvangst.
Ligging is uitstekend, op een paar minuten lopen van de haven.
Grootste minpunt is echter dat het erg gehorig is (1e etage). Gasten en/of personeel van het ondergelegen restaurant zijn laat op de avond erg goed te horen.
Na 23u wordt het volume van de muziek tijdens het opruimen(?) nog een beetje opgeschroefd.
Als je van feest houdt: Doen!
Als je hier komt om te slapen: Neem oordopjes mee.
Tip: Zorg voor rust na een uur of 11 's avonds. Dus niet 'een beetje minder luid' maar gewoon UIT...
Dat is wat gasten verwachten en er voor zorgt dat ze terug komen.
Onnodig lawaai zorgt ervoor dat mensen die reviews lezen wegblijven.

Great location, rooms are typical for Iceland, small but functional. Staff were friendly. Spa is a very loose term. One hot tub functional, the other with no water at all. Sauna out of order.

What a lovely hotel. The location can not be more perfect for a visit to the Westman Islands. The hotel staff speak multiple languages including English. The will go out of their way to accommodate your requests.
