Con - Rooms have zero insulation despite being all concrete and only two floors. For the premium price, we were sorely disappointed. You can hear absolutely everything from above, next too and in the hall from your room. Think chairs screeching on the floor, 'adult time' in the room next door and talking in the hallway (word for word). Then th worst part - any door that opens rattlings everything in your room. It felt like a bus terminal that was super cold, desolite and needed some charm. If you are a heavy sleeper, maybe the concerns won't bother you.
Free breakfast was also bleak. Check in was odd as they lost our reservation then 'found it's when we showed our email confirmation .
