Very professional. 5 stars on rooms might be relative to Iceland but very nice. Great location next to well known beach site, good food etc in Vik. Sharp helpful staff offered assistance for wet cloths. Suites have convenient washer/dryer in complex. Wifi is very good.

It's Iceland. Of course the views are spectacular. Vik is spectacular. But for $350 a night to get a room that's in the basement with no views and a size of a closet is ridiculous.
I had larger rooms on a cruise for goodness sake. The parking!
It's been almost a month and I'm still seething about it. From the picture you will see the cars parked so far away is no joke. There's a HUGE space in front of the hotel enough for 2 helicopters to land. The BUS parking lanes took the whole front of the hotel. What makes me crazy about all this is, Vik is infamous for it's weather. Blizzards, Hurricane Winds and Blinding Rain makes this place challenging. SO why in God's name will you require your guests to park so far away? And the front doors are equally far as well. Do yourself a favor, stop at Vik and enjoy yourself but DO NOT STAY here.

Hôtel bien situé à Vík, bien qu'un peu cher (mais c'est la norme en Islande). Le personnel a été très agréable. Le petit déjeuner (très correct) est compris dans le prix de la nuit. L'hôtel a un grand parking.
La chambre en elle-même n'était pas mal, mais il y a un problème d'insonorisation : j'ai entendu les ronflements de la chambre voisine.
Expérience correcte en général.
