excellent camping and excellent staff. There is amazing hot spa outside with a beautiful view. I recommend this place.

I am not happy to read your review. Can you send me information about the time you were staying in Uthlid - I can not see your name on my list.
I can not fix the things you mention if I don't have more information. It looks like you were not staying in my cottages.

We arrived late and no one but guests was there, we could check in by paying to the POS in the main facility.
There is plenty space for van, RVs and campers. Tents are placed in a field beside the main building, which is equipped with shared showers, only one bathroom and a big dressing room, which also serves the three bath tubs which are around 38C (there is a smaller one for children which is at 35C). These pools are open overnight and it is truly a good experience for the small price we paid, totally worth it.
These camp is also close to the main attractions in the golden circle. Fantastic.

Optional Waschmaschine und Trockner für je 900 ISK.
Netter Gemeinschaftsraum im Gebäude neben der Rezeption mit 2 Spülen und ein paar Steckdosen. Im Preis inbegriffen ist die Nutzung der Hot tubs. Ein großer (eher Schwimmbecken) war Anfang August 2023 geschlossen. Einer mittlerer Größe für ca. 10 Personen mit 38-40 °C + anliegendes Kinderbecken war geöffnet. Zudem noch ein kleiner (Größe wie ein Whirlpool).
