We had the pleasure of staying here for 4 nights and I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone. We arrived early for check in but were shown to a room right away by Anna. The room was perfect, with a large bathroom, extremely comfortable bed and a sliding glass door for quick access to watch the northern lights. There are two very sweet dogs that live there and they are like a mini greeting committee, always enthusiastic to see you. The thermal spa was wonderful. Even though we were there in March, it felt so good to soak in it and to enjoy the sauna. We ate dinner here 3 night of the 4 and the chef was amazing. The food was very tasty and beautifully presented. Breakfast had a great selection and appeared to cover any palette. Both Anna and Olafur were delightful company and very easy to talk to. Although we slept through the northern lights the first night, Anna made sure (by our request) that we were up the second night to enjoy the show! This was our third trip to Iceland but our first time at 360 Hotel. When we return to Iceland, I know we will be staying here again. I can't imagine a better experience.

It was a great choice to spend one night here! Everything is luxurious, food is incredibly delicious, relaxing Spa, staff really friendly and helpful - the chef agreed to cook dinner half an hour earlier than usual for us - hungry, tired tourists coming from Vatnajokull - and the beef dish he prepared was absolutely exquisite! 10/10 fine dining, great quality for the price.

Incredible experience! I’ll be telling everyone to stay here when the visit. The owners and staff were so kind and welcoming. They even called us to let us know the northern lights were visible. Food was fantastic, loved the jacuzzi and make sure to read the book they leave in the room, thought it was really sweet. Thanks again for the experience.

Our stay was amazing. The owners were fantastic, staff brilliant & two lovely dogs. Our meals every evening we're delightful and the thermal baths we're extremely relaxing. We even saw the northern lights one evening. Overall a fantastic hotel
