An utterly disgraceful and nauseating experience at Sky Lagoon! What was supposed to be a tranquil retreat quickly turned into a horrifying scene straight out of a nightmare. The sight of a used sanitary pad floating in the water was not just repulsive but a blatant testament to the abysmal hygiene standards this so-called 'luxury' spa maintains. The place was littered with debris, including empty drink cups abandoned in the stones, which speaks volumes about the neglect and lack of professionalism pervading the establishment. With staff seemingly oblivious to these grotesque conditions, one must question the competence and care put into maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests. This negligence is not only unacceptable but also insults the very essence of hospitality and customer care. I am utterly disgusted and feel cheated out of what should have been a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. Sky Lagoon has proven to be a cesspool of filth and apathy. Avoid at all costs unless you fancy swimming with garbage and waste!
