This is a must when you visit Iceland. Would recommend doing 7 steps. Staff are fantastic they can't do enough to help you out and are very professional.

Everything at Sky Lagoon was impressive and amazing, from the warm welcome to the seamless conclusion of our visit. They’ve truly thought of everything to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. The lagoon itself is a breathtaking sight, and I highly recommend trying the 7-step ritual—it’s a rejuvenating experience. Practical amenities like towels for everyone and small bags in the showers for wet clothes are thoughtful touches that enhance the visit. It’s great value for the price, and hands down, it was my favorite experience in all of Iceland.

We got the Sky package with the private changing rooms. The floor was a bit dirty and the showers smelled like public restrooms / pee. Otherwise the experience was great and we really enjoyed the 7 step ritual! It was not crowded at all.

I was a bit claustrophobic in the steam room because I couldn’t see anyone through the thick steam. It was hard to breathe in the hot air but after leaving the 7 step routine I felt a lot better!
