Hôtel super, restaurant délicieux et bar super aussi.
Le personnel est très gentil.
Ils ont de très gentilles attentions même quand vous devez partir à 4h du matin.
Ils sont très patients avec les enfants.
Les chambres sont haut de gamme avec d'excellent produits dans les salles de bains.
Les chambres sont super propre comme le reste de l'hôtel.
Il y a des prises pour toute la famille dans la chambre.
J'ai un peu batailler avec la télévision pour y connecter mon téléphone.
Il est très bien placé vous pouvez vous rendre à Reykjavik à pied, il est très proche du musée.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Stayed here as part of a group tour. It was ok. Rooms are very basic, but we're clean. The restaurant had a fantastic breakfast and dinner buffet. Highly recommend that. Location is not close to the city and therefore not convenient for exploring. Taxis are expensive in Iceland so staying closer would have been preferred.

Really convenient location to downtown with free parking. Staff were all very nice, rooms are older with stiff beds but overall a comfortable stay.

Now comes the bad part. Their hospitality sucked. Most of their staff has some issues. The staff is not at all friendly and I felt as if they wanted to check at every step if I can pay for their services.
Imagine I came back from the long day tour and had to wait for around 15 mins just to get my keys back. They wanted to check my passport, my cards, my name etc only because I left my keys at the reception. Me and my 9 year old were juggling at the reception just so we got the key to our room.
You keep calling the reception and no one picks up. For any information, I had to step down to reception.
Before you enter their restaurant, be sure you enter with your credit card in hand. They can't wait to get a signature. First sign then sit, as if I will run away from the restaurant without paying, that is when I am staying at the hotel. Yes there food is great and housekeeping is also good.
My overall experience with them has been quite bad. They are not helpful but most of their staff is arrogant. I would never suggest booking this place, if you are coming with a child.
