I stayed here for 3 nights in room 306. Gawssh the best! I think what makes this hotel so memorable was Gunnar from the front desk. Everyone was delightful but Gunnar was the one I bonded with. He was just so delightful and fun. We got room 306 which had its own delightful little balcony! Golly. You can open it and on good nights catch the northern lights. We didn’t because the northern lights decided to hide when we were in town but hey, can’t control nature. :). Either way, Iceland is soooo beautiful. I didn’t need the northern lights to fall in love with Iceland. Gunnar and hotel odinsve just made my stay very comfortable and happy holiday! Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Odinsve! It was a quick easy walk to excursion pickups at bus stop 8, hallgrimskirkja, or to the rainbow road and all the shopping and eating that comes with downtown Reykjavik. Our room at Hotel Odinsve had a little kitchenette that we used to make breakfasts and a couple simple dinners. It helped us to save time and money, buying food at the Bonus grocery store (within walking distance) was FAR cheaper than eating out. Our room was in a building across the street from the hotel front desk. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. My only wish was that the room had a little coffee maker. I included a couple pictures of the view from our room.

3月的第1天到的冰岛，住在这家酒店，距离周边的景点和商业很方便，房间所有的基本设施都有，温暖舒适晚上是安静，还是不错的。如果以后还会来雷克雅未克，我会选择再住这里。

Très bon accueil et bien situé ! Les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses et propres et le petit déjeuner très copieux ! Je vous le recommande si vous êtes de passage à Reykjavík !
