Place is OK but since the fundamental job of a hotel is to give you a bed for the night getting woken up by the sharp stab of a broken spring is a fail. Perhaps worse though is when the front desk appears sceptical and treats you as if making a bit of a fuss - including implying that it might be an option to repeat the experience the next night in the same room if the smaller room offered as an alternative did not suit. Thank goodness for the lovely house keeper who investigated and confirmed there was a broken spring. Oh and it turned out that the small room that was the only available alternative actually wasn’t…

Excellent hotel selected by Viking cruise line where we started extention before going to Norway. Across the street from US embassy. More important city bus stop in front of hotel. Very inexpensive means to to/from city center.

Poor front desk customer service.
Mr. Gunmar provided poor service and was unprofessional.
His mode and vocal of communication was loud and humiliating.
Esteemed hotel like hilton neess to provide proprer Training for these agents who have no sense of customer interaction and communication.

4.5 overall. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were nice and the facilities were really nice. It’s located about a 15 minute walk from downtown. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here.
