This is my 4th stay, I love the breakfast, but theres no cooked eggs and bacon. Rooms are very comfortable and the shower is so nice after a cold day walking around. Location is spot on with plenty of bars and restaurants in the area.

Tolles Hotel, direkt an der Einkaufsstraße und damit zentral gelegen. Sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingereicht. Toller Start in den Tag mit dem Frühstück. Dankeschön!

Hotel ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione centralissima a qualche centinaio di metri dalla cattedrale. Camere pulite bagno minimal come in quasi tutti gli hotel ottima colazione.

A hotel/ hostel in the center of town. The rooms were clean and tidy, there were tea making facilities. The rooms are double glassed but there is still quite a bit of noise from the surrounding bars.
For the price and the central location this isn't a bad hotel. Just don't expect anything more than 3 star service and you will be fine.
Everything is within easy walking distance.

Clean well laid out rooms but a little short on storage and our shower door falls off! Positioned is excellent, would absolutely stay again.

The pictures look a lot better than the reality. Our heater in the room stopped working and when we called reception they said they would provide a heater or extra blankets. After an hour no one returned with either. Ended up having to get dressed and going down to reception to collect a heater. The breakfast is very basic and we ended up having to wait a while before there was a free table to sit to have breakfast. The location is excellent as it's in the centre

Very comfortable hotel for the 3-star hotel. I stayed in this hotel in 2022 and 2023 in different rooms. Both times the rooms were good. Good location. The hotel is located on the main street, so there are a lot of shops, bars, and restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast is good for the range of the hotel, but sometimes staff are not so quick in adding eaten out positions. So you need to spend more time at breakfast and wait, if the meal you wanted is empty. Overall, the hotel is a very good selection for price/service. Recommended.

Stayed mid-January 2024.
Absolutely the best location to enjoy Reykjavik on foot. It's about midway along a pedestrian only street that is lined with shops, restaurants/bars, and amazing live music every night of the week. The area is absolutely lovely.
The hotel was very clean, and the room was large. We asked for a quiet room when we booked so ours was not streetside and was quiet.
Decent breakfast, no complaints.
Reserve your parking when you book and pay them for it when you check in. The parking is inside a courtyard and very tight. I had a Duster and it was for me, stressful parking it.
Parking aside, we were out every night strolling and enjoying the immediate area(we're from Ontario so it was actually warmer in Iceland than back home).
We loved this hotel and cannot recommend it enough!!

Overall an excellent stay and great value for money

Location hard to beat , although that comes with a slight downside on Saturday night of loud music until 4.30am! Bring your earplugs

Rooms are more than adequate, small kitchenette and Smart Tv

Beds are very comfy, and bathrooms really good

Staff I found very friendly and helpful and would happily stay here again

Bonne situation

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein cœur de la vieille ville, sur la rue piétonne. Proche de tout.
Chambre confortable et bien équipée (un peu bruyante les soirs de fête)
En revanche, pas de parking
