The room was clean and warm. Tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge were in there.
The ladies at reception were so helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for 3 nights in February and all the staff were so friendly, from reception to cleaners to wait staff. My room was bigger than expected given I travelled solo but still got a double bed and standard bathroom. Personally I like that we inform reception if we want our room tidied that day for the comfort of knowing my belongings are safe. The breakfast variety was very much appreciated as this was often the only food I'd eat until 2-3pm due to long tours booked. Food included: hot options (egg, sausage, bacon, beans, potato tots) & variety of fruits piled high, baked goods with a range of sauces, fresh salad options, etc. In terms of location this was optimal for me as transport was necessary every day so it being so close to both public bus stops and tour bus stops (those having pink signs) was crucial. It is just a 10 minute walk to the centre. Overall would stay again and do recommend.

Prima kamer wat betreft oppervlakte, badkamer is ook vrij groot. Echter zijn de beden wel slecht, je merk vooral de zijwaartse bewegingen. Als mijn eigen bed zo slecht was geweest had ik hem allang vervangen. Ontbijt is uitgebreider dan ik had verwacht. Goed ontbijt! De cappuccino uit de automaat is ook voldoende van smaak.

Very convenient location but the soundproofing in the rooms is awful! We literally couldn't sleep because of how loud the snoring was in the neighboring room! Paper thin walls!

Nice little cosy hotel- room was not massive but cosy. Beds soo comfy .Tea + Coffee making facilities also handwash + shower gel. Breakfast was amazing so much choice! Cereals,Yoghurt,lots of choice of Fruits,Nuts,lots of types of Bread/ Rolls. Hot food was tasty,Bacon,Scrambled Eggs,Hash Brown's,Beans,and Pastries to die for! Hot drinks,juices endless choice. Staff were lovely too + very helpful- with directions etc. Tours stop right outside Hotel too.Hotel in good situation for shops 10mins away/ Bus Station too.

hotel in a good location, clean. Staff helpful. Lovely buffet style breakfast. We stayed in a standard room, very like UK travel lodge but the hotel also has nicer boutique rooms.

Ich war bereits mehrfach Gast in diesem Hotel und kann es nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist unglaublich zentral und man kann Reykjavik von dort aus zu Fuß erkunden. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß, das Frühstück ist für ein Hotel dieser Klasse überdurchschnittlich gut. Die Speisen sind frisch, köstlich und es gibt eine reiche Auswahl. Es ist für jeden alles dabei. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Eine große Anzahl der Mitarbeiter sprechen auch ein wenig Deutsch. Mit Englisch ist man dort allerdings gut aufgehoben. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Reykjavik wieder in diesem Hotel absteigen und kann es sehr empfehlen.

So far so good. Home for the next 3 nights. Very clean and tidy and bedrooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. Staff at front desk are lovely and helpful

Best value for money. The location is great, 10 minute walk to city centre and we had the best view of the city, with the cathedral. The staff were nice, the breakfast had everything that you needed and catered to the vegan or the English.

Decent place to stay all round. The breakfast was good most days, just your tankard continental with a few hot English breakfast bits. It was about a 10 minute walk to the start of the main high street which was good. Staff were all friendly and helpful, would recommend staying here.

Hôtel agréable et bien situé à côté d’une rue commerçante. Nous avions une grande chambre triple avec un lit double (très large) + un canapé lit, parfait pour 3 adultes sans se marcher dessus. 10 minutes à pieds de la cathédrale. Point négatif : un courant d’air passe à travers les fenêtres et celles-ci n’isolent pas du bruit de la rue.
