虽然是由独立的人经营，但我们在这里却没有家庭式的小旅馆。但101旅馆是一家现代化的旅馆，从几年前就开始提供宽大的、可操作的、良好的客房，并配有可分享的浴室，但客房内有盥洗室。这里的服务很热情，质量和价格之间的关系也很合理（尽管我们不知道该如何选择）。位于市中心附近，靠近Hlemmur巴士站和许多商业区，与豪华的101酒店相比，它不存在任何问题。

This place was amazing! I felt like I was at home, the owner Julien was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. His co-worker Lidia was also great, she is hard working to keep the place nice!

The location is perfect, you can get anywhere in the city of Reykjavik from here. IMPORTANT: if you have group tours most meet at bus stop 12, and good news, this bus stop is less than five minutes away from here!

There's also a pretty cool market to get any snacks (it's open 24 hours) if you want to walk to the harbour it's about 6-7 minutes. This hotel is on the main road as well, so you can easily walk to the main attractions of Reykjavik as well.

I HIGHLY recommend you stay here! The place is clean, organised, and comfortable!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Best value for money in Reykjavic. I had a private room with a shared bathroom and there is a shared kitchen too. The reception isn't open 24 hours but the staff are very friendly :). I really appreciated the fact that it was well heated with the minus temperature outside.

Guesthouse confort, propre, proche du centre ville! Et surtout très pratique car se situe en face du bus stop 9 qui est l’un voir le principal endroit où vous pouvez être récupérer par les bus/différentes compagnies, pour les différentes activités et pour aller à l’aéroport! (Surtout quand vous avez un avion à prendre très tôt!)
Le gérant est français, super accueillant et de très bons conseils.

Je trouve cet hôtel génial. Un personnel très accueillant. Il y a également une cuisine et des tables à disposition avec micro-ondes, frigo, grille- pain, etc... Tout ce qu'il vous faut pour faire a manger. Les gens laissent souvent des aliments lorsqu'ils repartent. Il y a donc des choses à notre disposition pour se servir. Je trouve ça génial. Les lits sont propres et la chambre également.
Le prix est également correct.
Enfin, l'hôtel est bien positionné dans la ville et juste à côté de la "Laugavegur".
