Terrible experience with this company. Did not get to go on the tour, company did not attempt to contact us even though we were at the stop 30 MINUTES before departure time. The bus never came to the designated area. Once I finally spoke with two different representatives they both gave me different information regarding pick up times and stated the bus was there during the times my husband and I were standing there. After looking at reviews it seems this has happened to others. Be weary when booking with this company. They do not attempt to contact, call out name or ANYTHING. They can’t even keep their information right between pick up times/locations of the busses. I am an avid traveler and have NEVER missed a tour or experienced such poor customer service. Save your money, rent a car and do this tour on your own. I would give no stars if I could just for customer service alone.

My experience with Reykjavik Sightseeing fell short due to unclear pick-up instructions and a lack of communication. Despite arriving on time, the absence of clear guidance led me to miss the tour. Further adding to my disappointment, my request for a refund was denied, leaving me dissatisfied and frustrated. I would not recommend this company's services.

We went on the Golden Circle and Secret Lagoon tour. Amazing natural sights, breathtaking. Paid extra for pick up/drop off near the hotel but did not drop us off at our designated stop, dropped us off 8 min walk away.

The Northern Lights tour is not recommended.
Pick-up time was 8pm and the bus arrived at 8:45pm. It was raining heavily that day and the forecast for seeing the Northern Lights was almost 0%. 2 other providers had therefore canceled the tour that day. We drove through the rain for almost 5 hours, stopped at a petrol station for 30 minutes in between and then returned to the hotel at 2 a.m. without having seen the Northern Lights. In my opinion, this is a scam by the provider and a rip-off. There is no money back, you can only repeat the tour if you have the time.
The organizer also drove with 4 full coaches, so there were a lot of people. I would recommend doing such tours in small groups.
