Guide to Iceland has some of the friendliest, most responsive folks working in their agency. They are extremely helpful and very prompt. Honestly, within minutes they will offer assistance or booking detail clarification. We have booked a horse excursion and whale watching tour with ease. Thank you to Ruth and Mark for their assistance.

I cannot comment on the tours themselves as I had to cancel for health reasons. However, they are a very professional company who respond by return and give a very personal and understanding approach. No quibble when I needed to cancel and they did so in a very empathetic way. I hope to rebook later in the year and will have no hesitation in contacting this company.

The last day is the worst. I booked the transfer to airport but there’s no bus coming, only one driver stopped and said my name wasn’t on the list. After talking to the customer service, one hour had already gone. I not only paid again to take the bus, but also suffered freezing cold for one hour. If you don’t want to miss your flight, don’t book transfer on this website.
