1) Staff is attentive and kind
2) Rooms are okay - some sockets need fixing and shower curtain could be replaced by glass doors
3) Luggage storage room
4) We had problems in our shower hose and drain, told reception when we left for the day, solved by the time we came back
Cons:
1) Shower curtain - keeps touching your skin as you shower
2) Hiden taxes - we booked a room with all taxes included, however, when we got to the hotel we were told we had to pay other taxes (such as the tourists tax). We were a bit upset because other hotels we booked with all taxes included had already that expense accounted for, so we were very confused by that extra charge
3) Internet fluctuates a bit
4) Value for money a bit low due to the extra taxes charged
