We had an amazing few days break staying at this hotel. The last time we stayed was about 18 years ago. This hotel is a gem and situated in the perfect location to visit Venice and the lakes. From the minute we arrived the staff were amazing! I was surprised how good the breakfast was, with the inclusion of a hot breakfast, bacon and scrambled eggs. Special mention to the star server James! The bar staff were amazing and certainly looked after you with some additional treats while having an evening drink. Even though the bar menu wasn’t extensive, it certainly exceeded my expectations with very tasteful snacks and a light bites. On departure the staff were so helpful and nice to see a late check out at 12pm. Overall 10 out of 10 and would recommend to couples and families! Many thanks!

We recently spent two nights at this wonderfully located hotel in Verona. The staff was top-notch, particularly James, who went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. He even took the time to find us a restaurant and make the reservation on a busy Saturday night.
Others on the staff were also helpful and attentive.
We would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay in Verona. Very friendly & helpful staff (Special Thanks to MARA Who was always providing help & support in anyway possible. Can’t thank you enough Mara. ❤️❤️❤️
Location is very close to the center & a walking distance from events & local shops.

No noise from hallways or other rooms.
Very polite and helpful staff.
Would suggest hanging some more pictures or paintings on the walls of the room as it was a little boring and bland.
But overall this was a lovely stay and location was excellent 5 minute walk to the arena at central historic Verona.
