Really nice hotel and good clean up to date rooms. Showers are tiny though!

The hotel was fantastic. The location was ideal to access the city. All staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating . The room I was allocated was clean, stylish, and comfortable, I had everything you would need for a short break. I used the breakfast facilities and the choice was both excellent and very good value for money.
Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Verona.

We had one of the worst experiences in a hotel. Someone stole 250€ of the strongbox in our bedroom, so we weren’t confortable at all. The manager was so nice to us, but instead of helping us, he defended the one we think got into our room and stole us. The breakfast and the reception workers were nice but we won’t be back since we are not comfortable with what happened to us. This isn’t the first time there is a robbery and even the manager told us that the last time it was, they found out it was a worker.
