The pitches are inside of an old fortress, with great views on the city. The infrastructure is also really nice (lots of places to sit, eat cook, clean sanitary installations, washing machine, small shop).
Further, the prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly.
It might be difficult to find a spot for a car or van though (I consider that an advantage).
If you are in or near Verona and you have a tent, you have to come here.
