I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful boutique hotel, and it met all expectations. The negative reviews are absolutely unfounded; my experience was flawless. The staff was incredibly attentive, the rooms were immaculate, and the ambiance was pleasantly warm. A hidden gem that deserves every accolade!

Absolutely disgusted from the attitude of the owner “Matilda”.
She is a really racist individuals and she was constantly abusing us whispering on the ears of the staff members.
After this happened on our checking, all the staff were acting like we were unwanted. I really advise all people wants to book an hotel in Treviso to choose everything except this one.
If no star rating was an options I was definitely choosing that!

MaisonMatilda is a jewel, in the middle of the historic city of Treviso, the „little Venice“. Treviso itself doesn’t have particularly nice hotels, so everytime we stay in ???????????????????????????? it’s MaisonMatilda: nice quiet rooms, excellent breakfasts and above all, Viviana as a most charming, caring manager- we can recommend it wholeheartedly!

I was very disappointed in the attitude of the owner. We booked directly and arrived at the B&B at 11.30 only to be told that the room would not be available until 2.30 , and there was No body there in the B&B. as this is a B&B the owner by law has the obligation to be there 24hrs a day.
Anyway the lady was quite rude on the phone and NOT Professional.
Bad attitude There is no mention of check in times on the website.
No mention on the WhatsApp business number, where actually it says open from 9.00 to 20.00 . If I ran my business like this lady I would be bankrupt. It’s astonishing to think that people like this ruin the reputation of the tourism sector in Treviso with this arrogant attitude. I’m sure the Italian tax authorities would love to investigate the tax status of her business.
