Recently, I had one of the worst hotel experiences! The night shift staff was rude, demanding an additional payment for the room we had already paid for online. Even after discussing it with the manager, they only slightly reduced the price, which remains unacceptable. It felt like a scam, with charges three times higher than the room's actual price on the website. The atmosphere resembled Delhi more than Venice, as staff spoke in their language about guests. The room had cheap materials, uncomfortable beds, a noisy AC, and a broken door handle. They cut corners on everything, including breakfast. I truly wish there was an option to give less than one star!

Camera pulita, ampia, silenziosa, ma arredo dozzinale. Hotel forse un po' datato. Per una notte, comunque, è ok per via della vicinanza al centro della città.
Semplice ma con tutti i conforts.
Camere pulite e spaziose.
Personale cortese e presente.
Parcheggio gratuito compreso.
Ritorneremo.
