È stato un piacevole soggiorno grazie alla disponibilità della titolare e all’ambiente curato e molto accogliente, colazione buonissima, posizione ottima x raggiungere Venezia con il tram, la fermata è a 200 mt dal BeB e in pochi minuti arrivi in centro a Venezia.

Un B&B exceptionnel ! Tout l’appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, Katia la propriétaire et son mari sont géniaux, sympathiques, accueillants sans être envahissants, juste la quand il faut !
Petit déjeuner vraiment exceptionnel ☺️

Wir sind heute erst vor Ort abgereist und ich finde es wichtig, allen die überlegen hier ein paar Tage zu bleiben, zu schreiben, das wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
Toll eingerichtet mt soo viel Liebe. Es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Wir waren für zwei Tage vor Ort mit einem Kind. Es hat alles gepasst. Das Frühstück war lecker und die Klima leise. Wir würden wiederkommen.

We just finished our stay with Katia and couldn’t be happier. She was quick to answer questions before arriving, arranged for a taxi from the airport, sent lots of suggestions for activities and food, and was warm and gracious in all interactions. The rooms are beautifully decorated and include thoughtful details like a usb port. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Toilets are separate from the rooms- saw another guest in my pajamas in the hall during the night but not a huge deal. Stairs can be tricky with luggage. More reason to pack light! Very close to T1 tram and 4L bus which run frequently and take you straight to Venice. Again, highly recommend!!

דירה נהדרת, קטנה מקסימה. מאוד נוחה ומעוצבת נהדר, 3 מקלחות, 2 שירותים, 3 חדרי שינה, מיטות נוחות, ארוחת בוקר מוגשת בצורה הכי אסתטית. הכל מאוד יפה ואסטטי. גישה נוחה לונציה בתחבורה ציבורית. מומלצת בחום!

Eine sehr schöne, romantische und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Mit einem sehr leckeren Frühstück! Sehr guter Lage Mitten in Mestre, nur 15 Minuten bis nach Venedig via Straßenbahn und die Haltestelle ist nur 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Kostenloser Parkplatz ist auch verfügbar! Wir haben die Zeit und den Aufenthalt in B&B sehr genossen. Katia war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie hat uns bei allem unterstützt und auch sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Liebe Grüße an dich Katia!
