Gorgeous property, truly amazing. Convenient water taxi shuttle every 30 minutes. Lovely and friendly staff. For a 5 star property at that cost, toiletries get poorly replenished, toilet seats are not soft closing so if this is what you are used to, be mindful of the clapping. Breakfast is good, not amazing, the whole middle hot buffet section is a hit or miss, u should be there early as it does not really get adequately replenished for such a large hotel, at times almost empty oily dishes- food gone. The cold buffet is serviced better. we would definitely stay there again, these r little things compared to the overall experience. Gem of a place if you have kids!

One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. The staff and the service is amazing. The rooms have the most beautiful views. They have some amazing restaurants as well.
