Très tranquille mais difficile d'accès. 1 seul vaporetto toutes les heures (ligne 20 de San Zacharria) si vous voulez passer la soirée dans Venise bien vérifier les horaires de retour sur San Servolo !

Camera molto bella e grande (prenotata in offerta una sistemazione "suite") pulizia non impeccabile (qualche ragnetto in giro), prezzo conveniente per essere a 10 minuti da San Marco (vaporetto). Molto tranquillo e con colazione a buffet generosa (di qualità medio-bassa). Qualche dettaglio tradisce una gestione pubblica, ma d'altro canto spero che questo hotel possa essere una fonte di guadagno che possa permettere la valorizzazione e conservazione di una isola di interesse storico.

My husband and I just checked in and it's bad already. The front desk was extremely rude in telling us that we can't check in before 2 PM. When we finally got our room, it was a decent walk from the reception through a park and no helper to move our luggage. We basically had to carry our 4 suitcases through a park and carry it up a flight of stairs. The phone in the room doesn't work which means that you gotta do the walk to the front desk for every single query. We have another day here but I'm pretty sure our experience isn't looking to improve. Oh also, they have two single beds in the room for us who are on our honeymoon here.

Recuperato da un ex manicomio, custodisce un museo del manicomio, la vecchia farmacia e biblioteca, che per qualche motivi sono chiusi il fine settimana, motivo per cui ho dato 4 stelle invece che 5. Perché per il resto ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ben servito da traghetti anche nelle ore serali. Conserva una atmosfera pacifica e una insolita vista sulla laguna che ne restituisce la vera anima, camere essenziali ma confortevoli, colazione ottima in rapporto al prezzo, ristorante purtroppo aperto solo a pranzo ma più che discreto e bella location. Ho scoperto che nel parco la domenica ci vanno tutti i veneziani proprietari di cani.

Sono stata lì per capodanno. Personale gentile e disponibile. C'è anche un piccolo parco e area sportiva. L'isola era involta nella nebbia... molto bello... dava un'aria di mistero.

Lovely quiet little Island close to the centre of Venice. The buildings are located in a park, with a lot of green gras and trees. My room was nice, but however a little warm, and hard to keep cool and the mosqitos out :) the ferry works great, and gives access to the rest of the city.

Mi sono trovato sull'isola per motivi di lavoro. Davvero particolare, in mezzo al mare, ad almeno mezz'ora da Venezia (i 10 minuti indicati dalle guide sono solo teorici). Personale gentilissimo, camere ottime. Una piccola oasi verde in mezzo al mare.

Dostal.jsem podkrovní pokoj, kde nepomohla ani funkční klimatizace. V pokoji bylo celou noc velké vedro. Dvě koupelny jsou výhodou, nefunkční televize, výborná snídaně

AC Works 10am to 12pm.
Never heard before. Wouldn't mind leaving the window open if there weren't all those blood sucking mosquitoes. The walls have blood marks from previous tenants. The flusher in the WC is working only when it wants. Low water pressure faulty plumbing? I don't know. I asked to change room. Was told it was fixed. I accepted it. It wasn't working a few hours later again. The whole room has 1 shuko socket that is not working. Unplugged the hairdryer in the bathroom to charge the laptop. Amenities basic at best. Stayed late June but bed was made with a thick winter blanket. Environment ok. But need to take a water taxi back and forth, not sure If it's worth the hassle unless you want to spend some time secluded on this island. Stay somewhere else at least during warm months.

Pretty bad hotel. It’s converted from a former asylum, and you can tell. The rooms were an absolute sauna in June, must have been 90+ degrees inside with NO working AC and sticky humidity. When we politely asked the front desk about the AC, they acted like we were creating a huge inconvenience and told us something incomprehensible about how the government wouldn’t let them turn the AC on. When we pointed out that other rooms in our group had working AC, they basically said that we were wrong and didn’t know what we were talking about. Rooms were cramped, most of the lights didn’t work. The island and grounds are decently pretty, with nice greenery and statues. Note that it’s a 20-minute or so boat ride from Venice, the boat comes every 30-60 minutes and stops running around midnight.

Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig, die Klimaanlage "kühlt" das Zimmer eher wie ein normaler Ventilator an, die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und das Bad bedarf einer Renovierung.

Hotel ideal para venir 2 noches, precioso y muy cuidado. El personal muy amable y toda la isla está muy limpia y cuidada. Está la linea 20 de vaporetto que en 10 min enlaza con plaza San Marco.
La habitación deluxe muy cuidada y con vistas al mar y a Plaza san marco muy chula.

I attended Neuroscience School of advance study at Soggiorno San Servolo. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. Firstly room was very bad, fully noisy corridor so cannot sleep. Internet was very very slow in room so I had to go out near to do work related stuff. There was power, and no hot water. In addition, restaurant on name of vegetarian food only had salad bowl. Come guys, Internet is basic human right, atleast that should be improved ????

Por lo general horrible... La calefacción no funciona para nada, el minibar esta vacío y faltan elementos esenciales de la habitación.

Se supone que habría un sobrecito de champoo (?) está solo el resto del embalaje abierto del inquilino anterior... Esto hace que me questione realmente si hacen bien el servicio de limpieza de la habitación :)

La ubicación la verdad es que muy bien comunicado con Venecia y cercano. Se respira mucha tranquilidad con las zonas ajardinadas. Inconveniente es que se depende del horario de barco, si piensas estar un poco más de las 12 de la noche en Venecia, ¡cuidadín que tendrás que buscarte otro medio de transporte que te acerque a la isla!
