Prima hotel! Super service, heerlijk ontbijt en avondeten (boek half pension!!). Badkamer is gedateerd.

Hate leaving bad Reviews for bussiness da and will always address any issue with stuff before getting to the point of leaving a bad reveiw I was amazed on how unreliable and unresponsive the service was at this location
Especially from a 5 Star rated hotel
Called down to the front desk on 3 different occasions due to Luke warm water in bathroom which was Not going to be suitable for the jacuzzi tub
Sent a technician up who agreed is was not getting warm enough
Said they would contact me, waited patiently as I understand all are busy
Called down again and they said they will send a technician Up who never showed
Waited 1-1/2 hrs
Asked to speak with a manager and was told no manager available
Called again only for them to tell me the water is OK
Unfortunately this is NOT someplace I would recommend as
Paying for a 5 Star hotel with 2-3 Star Service at best
Save your time and money as the value and service is non existent

Camere che hanno bisogno di una profonda ristrutturazione, soprattutto per i bagni , a dir poco fatiscenti! Anche le terme sono obsolete con infissi a volte arrugginiti. Cabine delle spiaggia da lido anni 70. Nel compenso posizione splendida con vista Procida e Castello Aragonese, personale molto gentile e professionale, ottima cucina del ristorante La Terrazza (anche se un po’ cara ma nel range di un hotel 5 stelle ).

Muy bien ubicado en la zona de la Comunidad de Isquia.
Hotel Spa Termal, muy buen desayuno, muy correcta atención y muy buenas recomendaciones.
Gracias a todo el personal con la atención sobresaliente de Ciro y quien nos coordinó nuestra retirada fue Elena.
Si van consulten el tour de la puesta del sol, muy recomendable

Più che di cinque stelle, sarebbe opportuno parlare di cinque coccole: questo parametro obsoleto andrebbe sostituito da questo più attuale e realistico, indicatore. Ebbene sì, in questo albergo tutto è improntato sull' offrire all'ospite una vacanza coccolosa!! Struttura affascinante, dal sapore anni sessanta/settanta, centralissimo e dotato di spiaggia privata con di fronte il castello aragonese, ha piscine anche termali coperte e scoperte nelle quali potrete trascorrere in totale relax le ultime ore del giorno alla risalita dalla spiaggia. Bella e di qualità la colazione con tanto, tanto personale a vostra disposizione e, valore aggiunto, un ristorante attiguo affacciato sul mare, lo storico "rangio fellone", una vera rotonda sul mare dove troverete, per chi lo voglia, animazione serale con musica soft ed un piano bar di classe.

We had hearty and delicious breakfast, comfortable room, large bathroom and amazing bathrobes. We got around to many places by walking and by moto. They gave us excellent recommendations and treated us like kings. We loved the private beach and pools, it was an excellent experience. Highly recommended!
