I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff were friendly and the beds are comfortable but that’s where the positive ends.

The walls are so thin you can hear everyone above you and to the next room, scraping the chair or walking in the room above, or coughing or watching tv next door. There’s no peace in the room.

The shower head was dirty and leaking and the bathroom had a very strange musty smell. The fridge is so loud and not stocked. The window of the room is on the street so people walking by can see you in your room, there is no privacy.

There are not many plugs in the room, they are behind the drawers or cabinets. The lightbulbs are all different shades of colour and bulbs are not bright, the room is very dark even with all the lights on.

Inside the room there is no cell phone service or sometimes very bad service - you can’t make any phone calls, but the WiFi is ok in the room.

Another mystery, I left some cash in my room on the table and when I came back after the room was cleaned the cash was missing… after I complained to the front desk, the cleaner angrily came into my room and just gave me cash in my hand… very strange experience!

Again, the front desk staff were nice but overall I did not have a good stay and would not return to this hotel or recommend it.

Ottima la posizione vicina al porto e al capolinea degli autobus. Essendo centralissimo è immerso in un via vai di persone che passeggiano per le stradine con tanti negozi di ogni tipo. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile, dalla reception al ristorante, sono tutti molto professionali.
Per la pulizia delle camere si potrebbe migliorare un po’ soprattutto per i sanitari, mentre per quanto riguarda le lenzuola erano immacolate. Nel complesso ci tornerei sicuramente.

Perché mi sono trovato benissimo, pulizia, cibo, posizione strategica al centro di Ischia e soprattutto la gentilezza, cordialità e competenza di tutto lo staff
