EXCELSIOR PARCO ^{* * * *}

I went with my family and had a great time.. The service is just spectacular.. If you are going to Capri. This is the place to stay. They will treat you like home

Mr. Pepe Marino was an excellent host in the dining room during our visit. He was very courteous, kind, caring and attentive to our needs. We felt so much at home thanks to Mr Marino. Your front desk staff and all other staff members were superb as well. Thank you so much for your wonderful staff! We spent 3 days at your facility this last October.

The best service we have ever had. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful and eager to make our trip as good as can be. We were first picked up at the port by the driver, Buddika, who is such a pleasant person and willing to take us around town. Then we were greeted by the owner, Gaia, with complimentary drinks and a layout of the town. Peppe was there every morning and evening ready to seat us for breakfast and dinner and always making sure we had what we needed. The other staff members were equally as wonderful.

The room was very clean, nice and open, and had a beautiful balcony view. We had a hot tub and lounge chairs. Perfect views of the water. We plan to stay there again whenever we return!

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and we loved it. The hotel staff are amazing and friendly. They do absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable and special. They even booked our ferry ride back to the mainland, they made everything so easy!

When we first got there they served us welcome drinks (we opted for a negroni) and they were fantastic. Then we got a tour of the hotel, the concierge showed us a map of Capri and made many suggestions on where to go. They even got us reservations for dinner that night!

The rooms were nice and comfortable. The hotel pool is really cool, worth visiting if the weather is nice.

The food here is also superb. Breakfast was included with our room and it was great. We also had dinner here one night and it was so good!

They also have a car service that is complimentary. This was so helpful!
