Esperienza super positiva.
L’hotel è situato in una posizione strategica e molto tranquilla.
Camere spaziose e pulitissime.
Colazione ottima e abbondante.
Il vero valore aggiunto del posto è Andrea, super accogliente e sa sempre consigliarti al meglio!!!

Made to pay €56 in cash on arrival, would not accept bank payment or provide a receipt. This charge was described as a deposit in the small print.
Intimidating receptionist and very rude. He argued that €56 was for government tax. I stayed in 3 other hotels throughout my stay in Italy and was only charged €3 per night for tax. Further unexpected charges were taken from my bank, currently being investigated by the fraud team. They won't reply to emails from me or the agent. Liars and thieves.

Muy bien hotel, la entrada parece como de iglesia o convento, ni bien abris la puerta te encontras con un moderno hotel, la habitación 10 puntos, súper amplia, con un fligobar y pava eléctrica, cahfe soluble y te a disposición, baño amplio, el servicio de desayuno súper completo, te dan una cartilla para marcar tus preferencias de desayuno y la hora para hacer más organizado todo, cuenta con pileta y solárium, el conserje un genio, nos ayudó en todo, muy atento y amable, la señora que preparó el desayuno una genia , muy simpática y servicial, en todo momento con una sonrisa y todo super rápido y muy bien. Presentado. Súper recomendable
Nel primo pomeriggio avviso la struttura che sarei arrivato in ritardo (per le 20.00/21.00 e il check-in è previsto per le 18.30 al massimo).
Ho provato a chiedere di poter alloggiare almeno il giorno dopo (soggiorno di 2 notti previsto).
Niente, mi hanno messo un "no show" nella struttura, prendendosi il 100% della prenotazione, e non potendo alloggiare neanche il giorno seguente.
Imbarazzante trattamento del cliente!
