Ho prenotato la stanza nella stessa giornata in cui avremmo dovuto soggiornare e abbiamo chiamato la struttura per avvisare che il navigatore portava 33 minuti di percorso e ci hanno già detto che l’ultimo check-in era alle 18.30 ma non pensavo che non avrebbero aspettato per tre minuti, inoltre abbiamo trovato anche la strada interrotta e siamo arrivati alle 18.39 . Mai sentito l’ultimo check in alle 18.30 ma sopratutto un host che non viene in contro al cliente. Ci hanno risposto che le regole sono regole e per 9 minuti ci hanno fatto perdere €130
state attenti con gli imprevisti, non oso immaginare se avessi prenotato per una settimana .
Appena arrivati , quando ancora dovevamo entrare in camera un ragazzo ci ha fatto pagare IN CONTANTI e senza nessuna ricevuta, una presunta TASSA DI PULIZIA
( una cosa mai sentita prima ) che in teoria non era compresa quando in realtà risulta un servizio compreso nel prezzo come in qualsiasi albergo.
Camera completamente priva di finestre ( unica nel bagno dove non arrivava mai il sole) e umida, la mattina al risveglio gocciolava acqua ovunque dalle pareti del bagno e anche sul pavimento.
L unica cosa positiva è stata la colazione abbastanza ricca.
Non lo consiglio.
Charged my card unauthorised weeks before. On arrival rude and aggressive man requests €50 cleaning charge which he demands is paid in cash.
Please be clear that they have a different version of their website open that they show you claiming this "fine print" cleaning charge. THIS IS A SCAM, there is no fees advertised their official website.
The method of taking the card payment is also a scam as it reserves the money which means you will never see your money again, even if you cancel beforehand.
When questioned he told us "pay it or go to the police, we know everyone in this town, you won't get your money back". Showed us the dark, damp room next to building works. There is no swimming pool or spa open. We decided to cut our loses and stay elsewhere.
Please don't stay here, we've lost a lot of money because of these scam artists
