מלון נהדר !!! ארוחת בוקר נפלאה, בריכה על הגג עם נוף לים ולהרים, השירות של צוות המלון יוצא מהכלל, יש ירידה מהמלון לחוף הים, יש שירות הסעות מהמלון לעיר.

Our stay at Villa Franca was disappointing to say the least, doesn’t resemble 5 stars hotels at all. Employees at the reception aren’t welcoming, very rude and disrespectful. nothing at the hotel was “luxury”.

One of the worst experiences ever! I don’t recommend staying there at all! the staff in the reception we’re very rude and not welcoming even not helpful! when we needed a golf car at the middle of the night to pick us up they didn’t send anyone!!! Also the room service is horrible nothing is available !
It’s 2023 and I think it’s time to think about sustainability. I found the breakfast system really not efficient because they’d just serve you a bunch of food you didn’t ask for without asking you anything. Such a waste of food.
I can’t say much about the decor because everyone has different taste and at least they followed their theme but I found it vulgar.
The shuttle service is good but one day the driver didn’t stop because « he didn’t see us ».
Anyway it was good but not great so I don’t recommend it because I think it’s a bit pricy for what you get.
