We had a large set of courses but the standouts were definitely the gnocchi and roast beef. We helped make some of the gnocchi (the staff claims it was all us, but I have my doubts), and the gnocchi had a perfect ratio of potato and flour so that it still tasted mostly of potato with a soft, melt in your mouth texture. The tomato sauce was perfect as well, slight texture and just light enough with a deep flavor in it. The roast beef was fresh and well cooked, with a great sauce to pair with it.
The homemade pasta definitely is a standout, and we will be back on our own!
