Our stay here was very pleasant. The room was nice and clean with decent amenities and pleasant service. The only thing lacking from the room was no tissues and the blow dryer was a little unable (at least for my very thick hair). The staff was very nice and helpful, and helped up arrange transportation when needed and answered our questions. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and an enjoyable visit.

Very kind staffs. It was a bit hard to find our way in but the place was very secured which was really nice, considering crazy nights in Naples. Nice breakfast also! Recommend!

Ottimo Hotel incastonato nel centro storico…con parcheggio…struttura bella e particolare…pulitissimo…ma soprattutto volevo ringraziare il Sig. Enzo ed il suo collaboratore per la cortesia e la disponibilità…un valore aggiunto!!!
siamo stati benissimo….se tornerò a Napoli (sicuramente) sarò ancora ospite loro!

Bel hôtel super bien placé dans la vieille ville. Caché de la rue et du bruit: un vrai havre de paix. Junior suite spacieuse et chaleureuse. Super petit déjeuner et accueil chaleureux.

Chiamarlo hotel é riduttivo. Una storica dimora appartenuta a una delle nobili famiglie napoletane si trasforma in una struttura ricettiva di grande valore culturale. Infatti, l’arte e la poesia ne fanno da padrone, niente deve essere raccontato perché si respira tra le mura, su per le scale nel cortile da cui si ammira il cielo di una delle città più belle del mondo.Una ospitalità senza pari, lontani dai circuiti turistici ma molto centrale. Ci tornerò.

Unfortunately air conditioning was not working when we were at the hotel.
We would have expected any type of compensation as leaving windows open was due to noise from the busy quarter the hotel is situated in was no option.
Sense of urgency to fix the technical problem was lacking unfortunately.
Besides that hotel is nice and perfectly located in Naples.

Great location in a lively area of town, easy access with walking from Dante station. Really quiet with a courtyard and pool. The staff were super friendly and helpful with tips for around town. Look out for the buzza on the left side to get in.

Nous avons passer un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été surclassés dans une junior suite, très agréable.
L’hôtel est charmant, extrêmement bien passé à deux pas du centre historique, mais très calme. Le jardin et la piscine sont un vrai havre de paix après une journée à déambuler dans les rues Napolitaine.
Les chambres sont très bien, spacieuses, et parfaitement équipées.
Seul bémol, notre chambre donnait sur la rue et à été quelque peu bruyante.

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans ce petit hôtel avec mon compagnon. Personnel charmant, petit déjeuner incroyable, piscine et parking très appréciables. Chambre propre et spacieuse bien que vieillissante. Une perle rare dans le centre historique de Naples. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci !

Great oasis find close to the historical part of town and quick walk to metro and key museums. Location is a bit hard to find and may be difficult for people with walking disabilities. Nice pool, great rooms (ours had stairs separating the living room and bedroom - so our family of 4 slept fine with pullout sofa bed and an extra cot). Very much enjoyed this classy cozy place and would love to visit again.
