GRAND HOTEL ORIENTE ^{* * * *}

Très bel établissement personnel très accueillant ,jolie chambre je recommande..

The hotel was well above my expectations. This was our first time to Italy. Very clean, staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. Upon arriving, everything in the area was briefly explained and we received a map with recommendations tailored to our tastes. The room was very comfortable and the minibar was stocked with complimentary sparking and mineral water daily. The buffet breakfast was included and way beyond my tiny continental breakfast notions. Full buffet included fresh pastries and bakery items, eggs, sausage, bacon, luncheon meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, yogurt bar, honey on the comb, packaged biscuits, cereals and toasts to grab on the go, waters and juices and coffee to order. The only possible complaint is that I never figured out how to work the ac. Not a huge problem in early April, but later in the year I definitely would have remembered to ask. If the streets were less noisy at night, the door to the balcony could be open to let air in, but the streets can be very noisy from late night activities. The closed door keeps the noise out. I’m sure if I had asked, they would have showed me how to set the air conditioning as needed, I never thought of it when I was in the lobby or felt the need to call about it. Very happy with our stay.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, pero nada más. Es caro en relación con la calidad que ofrece, las habitaciones son normales para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Lo peor el parking: 35€ por día y les tienes que dejar las llaves para que te lo rayen porque mueven constantemente los coches sin ningún cuidado. El desayuno muy normal, tirando a flojo, poca variedad y calidad.

Hotel maravilloso, habitación super amplia, bonita y cómoda, servicio muy amable, el mejor desayuno de hotel que tuve hace mucho con la mejor vista desde la planta 9 ☺️
