Prima volta a Napoli e addirittura prima volta in ostello. Ho solo pregi. La posizione strategica per girare la città e prendere i mezzi pubblici. Le camere sono pulitissime e il letto comodo. È stato tutto fantastico, dal conoscere persone di lingue e nazionalità diverse a tutto lo staff della struttura. Il personale è veramente super disponibile. Ragazzi e ragazze carinissime. Porterò tutti nel cuore. Andate a visitare Napoli e alloggiate qui insomma ????

HORRIBLE - chambre infesté par des punaises de lit, malgré la gentillesse de certaines personne du personnel le problème a été très mal géré et absolument pas solutionné. Les gerants ont refusé de me changer de chambre, c'est une honte. Je suis couverte de piqûres et aucune preuve de compassion n'a été émis de leur part.
En règle général, la propreté, l'hygiène et l'entretien est peu existant. Ok l'ambiance est peut-être sympa mais c'est loin d'être le plus important. Inadmissible.

Very nice and affordable place. Stuff is great and this hostel feels more like a community, where you will meet a lot ni e people from different countries.

Everything was great. The rooms are spacious enough. There are a lot of things to do in the otherwise packed space of the reception - there is even a free arcade!
Best thing is the people of course. Very kind, willing to listen and explain, helping from finding fares to finding songs.
The location is like..5-10 min from Via Toledo, the main street, which is awesome, right next to a castle at that.
Alibus from the airport drops right in front of it.
Since nobody has pictures the entrance is at the side of the building, right next to a local small bakery that i also recommend! I will leave some pictures. There is a sign with instructions how to dial.
There is also water for 1 euro.
Would visit again.
