Hotel di raro livello. Unico problema i continui cambi di personale. Sarebbe opportuno a chi gestisce creare un personale di livello ma stabile perché un hotel si differenzia oltre che per la professionalita' per il contenuto umano. Vedere cameriere diverse e personale alla reception diverso ogni volta diversi non crea un senso di familiarità ai clienti. Venti anni e più fa, all'ingresso c'era un sig. Ricci, uomo di grande professionalità umana oltre che di stile. Ebbene ci vogliono uomini simili a tutti i livelli tanto che a distanza di oltre 20 anni mi ricordavo di questo hotel per la sua gentilezza e comunicativita'. Located looking over the sea and Mount Vesuvius this hotel is at a beautiful location. Many attractions are in walking distance with lots of food options around!

Hotel in posizione magnifica che affaccia sul lungomare Caracciolo e castel dell'ovo.
Camere molto confortevoli con bel terrazzo. La nostra anche se non era fronte mare aveva comunque uno scorcio del golfo.
La vista dal roof garden è semplicemente stupenda.
Tutti gli ambienti sono d'epoca e confortevoli a partire dalla hall.
Ottima la cena che ci è stata servita in terrazza con un panorama mozzafiato.
Personale impeccabile e molto disponibile.
Parcheggio a pagamento nei pressi dell'hotel.
Ci tornerò volentieri.

Great location, very kind and attentive staff, and rooms were dated (as expected) but charming. Our air conditioner wasn’t working at all though, and it was miserably hot in our room for the duration of our stay. It was only 75 F outside yet our room felt like 100 F all the time. Seems like many of the rooms here don’t have working AC and I would not suggest risking it.
