מתאים מאוד לצעירים נמצא במרכז של המרכז
שימו לב שבכל ערב נערכות מסיבות בגג המלון, קצת רועש אבל באמת חוויה לצעירים

Es un hostal que venden como un hotel, lleno de borrachos de fiesta y de hecho había música a tope que no nos ha dejado dormir. El servicio pésimo, hemos pedido que bajaran la música y ni caso, hasta hemos tenido que llamar la policía. La chica de la recepción una inútil, le he dicho que llamara a su jefe y no ha movido ni un dedo. La localización ni hablar, está en una calle de mala muerte que si no te roban es un milagro. Conozco muy bien la ciudad y este lugar es entre los peores donde me he alojado. Menudo horror!

Be wary of booking here - these are hotel rooms attached to a hostel. It can get pretty loud at night with DJs and parties happening on the terrace.

That is not a hotel!!! It is a hostel!!!!!
Crampy rooms, extremely loud from the outside and from the music they play in the hostel well after midnight!

If I wanted to stay at a youth party hostel, then I would have booked one. In reality, we paid for what was advertised as a “3-star family-friendly hotel” called Neapolitan Trips Hotel. What we got was an old, run down building where the original hotel entrance has been boarded up and closed, so I have to assume that the hostel called Ostello Bello have taken the rooms over. What would have once been a nice hotel with a rooftop bar and restaurant now looks like an empty shell of what it was, likely closing during COVID. The rooftop terrace is empty and closes by 8pm, so the partying occurs directly above the hotel windows. No, there was no “pillow menu” or “restaurant” “rooftop bar” or “room service” on site as advertised.

The mattress is hard. The pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. You book a hotel to sleep and relax after a day seeing the sights of a city. This was not what we got.

What we got, after a full day of travelling by train, where we were looking forward to enjoying our quiet hotel room after a long day, was blaring music from the 3rd floor until late into the night for 2 nights in a row.

What’s disgusting is that this “hotel” still calls itself one and misrepresents itself on Expedia and I’m sure on other booking sites, too lazy to update their own listings to reflect what it really is.

The reception, lobby, elevators, stairways are filthy. The bed head in the room is worn and flaming. The floors are dirty, even after a cleaner came in, I had dust on my feet that went onto the bed sheets.

The hostel needs to update its listing to accurately reflect what they are providing. We were not the only travellers unhappy with what we ended up with.

Paid a hotel prie for a hostel. Though marketed as a hotel, and charges full prices, but in reality it's a hostel called Ostello Bello that has private rooms in a different floor. Woudln't have stayed there if I knew before.
Rooms are super simple, and very noisy. Music was played on the 3rd floor and was heard very well in our room on the 5th floor. All in all it was a bad experience.

Location is perfect. we had a great stay. 100% recommended

Grosse Enttäuschung: es ist ein Hostel, kein Hotel!
Die Lage ist gut, das war aber leider auch das Einzige :-( Wir waren sehr enttäuscht!! Erwartet hatten wir ein Hotel (beschrieben ist es sogar als 4-Sterne-Hotel), doch tatsächlich war es dann ein Zimmer in einer Jugendherberge. Service, Empfang, Komfort, Frühstück wäre für ein Hostel wohl ok; für ein 4-Sternehotel und den bezahlten Preis aber definitiv nicht!

Achtung: Es ist ein Hostel/Jugendherberge, kein Hotel! Wir können nicht nachvollziehen, wie sie auf die Idee kommen, sich Hotel zu nennen und sich selber 4 Sterne zu geben (Vielleicht stammt die Beschreibung von früher. Offensichtlich gab es da einen separaten Eingang, eine Reception und einen Frühstücksraum auf demselben Geschoss, 5. Stock. Dies ist nun alles verwaist. Empfang, Frühstück etc. ist jetzt alles im Hostel im 3. Stock. Offensichtlich wurde das ursprünglich Hotel geschlossen und die Zimmer werden jetzt vom Hostel verwaltet).

- Einrichtung: Bett war abgewetzt, der kleine Fernseher hat geflimmert und praktisch nur italienisches Teleshopping-Programme gezeigt, der Minibar-Kühlschrank war leer (trotz der aufgehängten Preisliste inkl. angekündigtem gratis Wasser)

- Bad: Duschkabine undicht (beim Duschen wurde das ganze Bad überflutet), Duschkopfhalterung kaputte, Toiletten-Deckel war lose, Handtuchhalter kaputt

- Frühstück auf Hostelniveau (Hostel-Gäste bezahlen dafür 4.90 euro): das Besteck und die Teller waren schmutzig, die Tische werden nicht geputzt, man muss selber abräumen, grundsätzlich gibt es Filterkaffe aus grossen Kannen, wer etwas anderes will, muss klingeln und hoffen, dass es die Dame, welche auf der Terrasse am Handy und Rauchen ist hört..... Einmal gabs als Früchte nur Bananen, das andere Mal nur Birnen (Antwort auf die Frage nach einem Apfel: "es hat, was es hat"). Platzangebot sehr knapp, v.a. wenn die Terrasse nicht genutzt werden kann (bei uns war das Wetter zum Glück immer schön. Doch wegen Reinigung - während den Frühstückszeiten !! - war die Terrasse einmal gesperrt)

- Sauberkeit: Zimmer wurde schlecht gereinigt. Einmal ging die Toillette "vergessen", dann das Lavabo...

- Service: nicht eines Hotels würdig. Weder freundlich noch aufmerksam oder entgegenkommend. Fast schon witzig: ich wollte den "Free Beer"-Gutschein an der Bar einlösen. Da hiess es: gilt nur für ein 2 dl (!) Bier. Mein «grosses» 4dl-Bier musste ich dann selber bezahlen.

Io e mio marito abbiamo prenotato una stanza, per qualche giorno, presso il NeapolitanTrips Hotel. La nostra esperienza è stata a dir poco negativa.
Prima di tutto, abbiamo pagato un servizio da Hotel, ma la Struttura ha "offerto" un servizio da ostello; poca chiarezza e trasparenza da parte della Struttura rispetto alla loro suddivisione interna Hotel/Ostello (in ogni caso, non si può sostenere un determinato costo e ricevere un servizio così scadente). Poi, stanza sporca, colazione scarsa e bagno che si allagava.
Unica nota positiva la posizione.
